How It Works

Welcome to a seamless experience designed to enhance team collaboration through structured effort estimation and reflective analysis. Whether you're joining an existing team or creating a new one, our platform guides you every step of the way to ensure your team stays aligned and productive.

Step 1: Get Started

Join a Team or Create a Team: On the landing page, you'll find two options:

  • Join Team: If you already have a team code, click "Join Team" and enter the code in the input box that appears. This will take you directly to your team's space.
  • Create Team: Want to start a new team? Click "Create Team," enter a unique team name, and get started with your own space for collaboration.

Once you've joined or created a team, you'll be redirected to your team's dedicated space page.

Step 2: Explore Your Team Space

After joining or creating a team, you’ll enter your Team's Space, where you’ll find two key modules designed to drive collaboration:

1. Effort Estimation

Join the Session: Start by entering your name in the input box to join the estimation session.

Add Story Points: Once you've joined, you can start adding story points to tasks. You also have the option to leave comments alongside your points, ensuring clarity and context.

View Team's Estimates: After all story points are submitted, click the "View" button to see a bar diagram displaying the story points given by your teammates. This visual representation helps the team quickly assess the collective estimates.

2. Reflective Analysis

Join the Session: Just like in effort estimation, begin by entering your name in the input box to join the reflective analysis session. If you've already joined, simply select your name from the list.

Contribute to the Reflection: You'll find three key areas to provide your input:

  • What Went Well: Highlight the successes and positive outcomes from the sprint.
  • Improvements: Identify areas where the team can improve in the next sprint.
  • Future Ideas: Share innovative ideas and suggestions for future sprints.

Star of the Sprint: Recognize outstanding team members by awarding them the "Star of the Sprint." You can give this recognition to multiple team members, acknowledging their contributions and boosting morale.

Step 3: Collaborate and Succeed

With these tools, your team is equipped to plan efficiently, reflect on past performances, and continuously improve. The seamless integration of effort estimation and reflective analysis ensures that every team member is engaged, aligned, and working towards common goals.
